Brittany + Eric // Newport Cliff Walk Engagement Session // Boston Engagement Photographer

I will take any excuse I can to visit Newport, stroll the Cliff Walk and harbor, and eat lobster rolls, so when Brittany and Eric suggested we meet up there for their engagement session I was all in. In New England, you never know what kind of weather you’ll get, but boy did we luck out. The light was perfect and the sunset was freaking magical. Golden hour vibes like you read about. We started at the Cliff Walk and pretended that all the mansions were ours, borrowing this beautiful green gate along the way, and meandering down the secret steps of the Cliff Walk along to the rocks. It takes a little hopping and jumping to get out onto the rocks and these two were all for it and helped me not fall into the ocean as well. I love when my couples are up for anything and not afraid to get adventurous! After time on the ocean, we scooted over to the harbor to catch the final minutes of sunset and snuggle on the docks. These two kept me laughing the entire time and I can’t get enough of their infectious energy and deep love for each other. Trust me, the outtakes were gold. I can’t wait for their Memorial Day wedding at the Inn at Mystic in just about a month. The countdown is on! They’ll be reading personal vows to each other during their first look and I’m already emotional just thinking about it.
