For their engagement session, Katie and Adam took me back to the place where they first met The New World Tavern. They ordered a few drinks, played a little Jenga, and recounted stories of how it all began. You see they met at a friend’s birthday party and it was kind of an instant connection. After the party, Adam called to invite Katie on a date. It just so happens it was Valentine’s Day. While he claaaaims he didn’t even realize what day it was, I think it was all part of his master plan, and it totally worked because they’ve been together ever since. 

What I love about these two is how much joy they exude and all the fun they have together. You can’t help but smile and laugh along with them. I don’t even know how we have any serious photos, but I didn’t think we stopped laughing at all. And given that it was March aka second winter in New England, it wasn’t exactly warm out. But these two snuggled and loved on each other like serious champs. They’re getting married at the gorgeous 5 Bridge Inn in September where there are… wait for it… alpacas! If the day is anything like them it’s going to filled with good food, good people, and good fun!
