I’m just going to come out and say it: I’m obsessed with these two! For reals. Hannah and James were worried they’d be awkward in their photos, but clearly as the photos show they had nooooothing to worry about. They knocked it out of the park! They were total naturals and I had the hardest time narrowing down the photos. (500 photos is too many for an engagement session right? Or is it?!) New England fall weather had Hannah and I texting back and forth the day of their session as I drove back from a wedding in Maine, trying to decide if the rain would hold off long enough for us! Luckily, it mostly did. But really, rain is romantic and Boston looks beautiful no matter the weather! These two are Boston transplants by was of Texas, while Hannah finishes up law school at BU. So for their engagement session they wanted to embrace all things Boston, and what better spot than Beacon Hill? We met first at Acorn Street which not surprisingly was paaacked two days before Halloween. We manuviered the crowds to grab some shots before wandering down to a smaller alley and side street to get a little more privacy! A quick outfit change after that and we headed over to the Public Gardens. It started to rain a little but they were total champs about it. I could totally photograph these two all day. They’re just so sweet and adorable together, and I’d say their connection is obvious! We chatted about their wedding plans – they’re planning an amazing Nigerian ceremony in Texas next summer! Congratulations to you both of this exciting next chapter!
Kendra, these are so lovely. My favorite is the black and white on the bridge.
Thank you so much!
